Why I Created “The Power of Self-Love”?

The true inspiration behind this program is my mother — her life, her struggles, and everything I learned through my own journey.

My mom was a deeply loving and giving woman. She cared for everyone around her — her husband, her children, her family, anyone who needed support. Her heart was enormous. But she never learned how to give even a small part of that love to herself. She lived entirely for others. She surrendered her power, believing this was the way a woman should be — devoted, selfless, and without needs of her own.

She had no privacy, no boundaries, no space that belonged to her. Her identity became woven into the lives of those she cared for, but never into her own dreams or desires.

At the age of 70, she was diagnosed with parkinsonism, and later dementia. Eight years after her diagnosis, she passed away. Losing her broke me. The last three years of her life, I returned home to care for her and to support my father. I paused everything in my own life so I could be fully present with her — to finally give her the love, attention, and tenderness she never allowed herself to receive.

I owe that to her.

And in those years, something profound happened. In the quiet moments of caring for her, I began creating this program — as a tribute to her life, but also as a healing path for myself.

Because I grew up in the same environment she did. She was my role model. And without realizing it, I became a reflection of her — loving, giving, but disconnected from my own needs. I wanted change. I had already begun my transformation years earlier, back in the UK, but it was during those three years at home that the deepest shift took place. A rebirth.

“The Power of Self-Love” was born out of that transformation.
It is my way of honoring my mother’s life.
It is my way of healing my own story.
And it is my way of supporting other women who carry similar experiences — women who have given too much for too long, who have lost themselves in the lives of others, who feel unseen, unheard, or unsupported.

This program is for every woman who needs guidance, compassion, and a safe space to reconnect with her worth, her identity, and her inner power. To gain their Confidence and Freedom.

I created it so no woman has to walk that journey alone — because I am here for them.
